Life is a series of Daily Rituals and Enrichments
I believe our lives are worthy of celebrations.
Hi, I’m Anna.
New England-based facilitator, radiance yogi, menstruality leader, and lifelong student of what it means to become whole.
I create spaces where people can slow down, be witnessed, and honor what they are living through. My work is for the moments when something has ended, something new is emerging, or you can feel yourself standing between who you have been and who you are becoming.
Eastern philosophies and recovery changed my life. Becoming sober gave me a foundation, but it did not automatically teach me how to stay with myself.
Over time, I began to understand wholeness differently.
Wholeness is not perfection. It is the willingness to meet the full spectrum of our lives including the joy and the grief, the expansion and the contraction. There’s a person we once were, a person today, and the person we are becoming.
That understanding became Wholearchy.
Why Wholearchy
Wholearchy is an invitation to become the center of your own life.
Not the center of attention. Not more important than anyone else. It means becoming rooted enough in yourself that you no longer organize your life around another person’s needs, emotions, expectations, or approval.
This is not selfishness. It is self-sovereignty .
When we are rooted within ourselves, we can love without abandoning ourselves. We can care without carrying what does not belong to us. We can stay connected without trying to control another person’s path.
This is loving detachment.
Detachment does not mean becoming cold or distant. It means allowing others the dignity of their own choices while taking responsibility for our own. It means understanding that love does not require us to rescue, chase, overextend, or disappear.
From this place, alignment becomes easier to recognize. We can hear the body’s yes, honor its no, and make choices that reflect what we truly value.
Wholearchy creates spaces for this return:
A return to your body.
A return to your inner knowing.
A return to the life that is yours to live.
My Path
Practices
I am a 200-hour Kripalu-trained yoga teacher and a graduate of the Red School Menstruality Leadership Programme. My work is also shaped by Kundalini-inspired and somatic practices, herbalism, peer listening, recovery, and my experience facilitating circles and sacred transitions.
These practices are not simply subjects I have studied. They are how I live authentically.
For years, I have tracked my cycle alongside my emotional, energetic and physical body, along with my daily rituals and enrichments. This has taught me how deeply connected everything is, and how to recognize when I am grounded, when I am grasping, and when my body is asking for rest or a boundary.
Beyond the Work
I reside in New Hampshire and rooted in New England, while also considering myself a Global Citizen.
I am an avid reader, lifelong learner, and adventure and travel enthusiast. I feel alive while hiking, camping, exploring unfamiliar places, experiencing other cultures, and gathering at festivals.
At home, I find nourishment through nature, movement, herbal tea, morning rituals, book clubs, meaningful conversation, and community. Some days feel clear and radiant. Others are messy, emotional, or tired.
Both belong.
I am also writing my first book about worthiness, wellness, and the many paths that can lead us home to ourselves.
